As far as Smart Housing projects go, it might be the norm but the NMN@Holešovice Project is pushing the demands for eco-friendly, energy saving housing a little further. We have also thought about maintenance: the extensive greenery in the private inner courtyard will be watered with an automatic system that collects rainwater. Each house is also equipped with the fittings needed to install charging points for electric vehicles. Today this in an exception, but in the future it will be a matter of fact.
One of the principal benefits of the Smart Living concept is that you always have many choices. In terms of the location you wish to live in, and also in the size and layout of apartments and their fixtures. Smart Living invests in quality. And this is inherent in everything Trigema brings onto the market. As such we have offered the Smart Living concept since 2015 at a number of basic levels. Besides the standard option, you can also select the additional Smart Living Plus option, which is used at NMN@Holešovice.
An example of the standards you can expect from the concept: air conditioning recovery unit, preparations for smart apartment control, façade: combination of standard silicon plasterwork and additional surface, brick apartment walls, plasterwork, Security Class 3 entrance doors, interior doors: CPL, frames, 200 mm insulation, windows: triple glazing, data: optical cables, intercom: standard, plus wiring for video intercom etc. We are happy to give you more detailed information in our sales centre.
The NMN project, like all other Trigema residential projects, has a Band B – efficient energy rating.
While old building designs involved air exchange through loose windows, modern apartments in low-energy buildings represent an almost hermetically sealed system. As such, an air-conditioning system takes care of ensuring sufficient ventilation.
Heat recovery means that the fresh incoming air is heated by the outgoing waste air, reducing heat loss through ventilation. The heat created in the apartment thus remains inside and fresh air from outside coming in is heated to a pleasant temperature.
Every recovery unit also has an additional electrical heating system which is sufficient for heating a low-energy building with minimum energy consumption.
The powerful air-conditioning system with recovery units will replace at least 10 % of the volume of air in your apartment in one hour. Thus over ten hours the air in your apartment is fully replaced, which has a positive impact on the quality of air in terms of carbon dioxide content, smell, and humidity. The whole system can be regulated and its performance multiplied several-fold.
There are two separately controllable branches in the apartment – one secures air outlet from the kitchen, the other from the rest of the apartment. As such, you can, e.g. increase the removal of kitchen steam while cooking at the same time as leaving ventilation of the remainder of the apartment at a minimum.
You will come to realize the benefits of this system from personal experience. We can say, however, that in general it results in improved user comfort in the apartment, and this system has met only with a positive response from users, mainly for the following reasons:

Your home can do all this and much more besides.
If these ideas scare you more than anything, don’t worry and keep reading. At basic level, the BLV project only gives you those fixtures you can control, including manually, the way you are used to them, while also allowing you to expand them substantially in accordance with your wishes.
Other fixtures you can order and easily connect to the current system include clever dimmers which provide exactly the right amount of light you need and which can respond to when you arrive, and the momentary light situation. You can also easily measure the consumption of all your appliances, set the times they come on at, plus other advanced options. The system can also warn you if any appliance breaks down, and intervene in the event of flooding or fire. Other options for expanding your system include movement and twilight sensors, CO2 sensors, cameras, door magnets and in future also weather stations. The system can also be linked to systems for controlling home audio and video.
Cellar storage rooms are located in Basement 1 and on the ground floor, and they are included in the price of your apartment.
Garage parking spaces must be purchased along with your apartment, and their price is not included in the price of your apartment. Garage and parking spaces cost from 483 000 CZK incl. VAT.
